Bruce says the RV/GCR was initiated this morning, 15/1, to the point where it can’t be reversed. Carpathia, 16/01/2026 – Bruce Jan 15 2026 – Tier 3 bondholders are to go before Tier4B. The bondholders had meetings today and yesterday in Reno, CA, NY and Miami, Zurich and Geneva: We know they had some issues yesterday with some of the bondholders and reps in those four USA areas, and we had some people that got arrested who were impersonating other people. They were arrested and the process had to be restarted this morning. They shot for about 9:30 today a.m. when things started again. The bond reps were paying out the bondholders into their accounts: they got started yesterday, resumed today, do not know if they will be done tomorrow or not. What does that mean? Bondholders are looking to get access to funds perhaps over the weekend? Sat and Sun for availability of getting to those funds.

What about us? This timeline came through today. At 4:47 a.m. today EST the RV/GCR was initiated to the point where it started and could NOT be reversed. They were testing by pinging redemption centres and banks and this test put things into motion. Redemption centres, 800 number testing is completed. We have the Adjudicated settlements lined up and are ready to go to the intermediaries, who are lumped into Tier4A the Admirals groups and other groups other than the internet is in Tier4A – the CMKX, Indian claims, farm claims, etc. They have it ready to go. Bruce can say it is “mirrored” ready to pay and using the St Germain Trust on Friday to sustain all those intermediaries or Tier4A.

As we move through the weekend looking for 5 day rollout starting Friday. Monday is MLK (Martin Luther King) day here in the USA and do not expect for us on that day, but the bondholders should at least get access to their funds over the weekend, and then Tier4B should receive email notifications for 800 numbers, on Tuesday or Wednesday. It does take us beyond MLK day, which is the 19th, so it could be 20th to 21st in that timeframe. Redemption centres: They are the way to go cause rates are higher and you can only get contract rate on the Dinar, which is a high rate. Bruce believes that the Dong rate is higher initially at the redemption centre, and the ZIM is only redeemed at an redemption centre.

Today, rates were coming up on the redemption centres, and already at the banks with 25 currencies on screens today. Sunday night, we expect six more currencies to show on redemption centre screens, total of 31 currencies should be visible on Monday morning. We will find our redemption leaders will go in on Monday AM to verify rates on screens. Today, The Bolivar is ON the screen. There is a designation for the Korean Won, NK/SK, both using the Won, and Bruce believes we will see unification of NK and SK in our near future, like N Vietnam and S Vietnam coming together. Pres Trump has met with the leader of N Korea twice and we are sure they talked about the future plans for N Korea. Our country is the ONLY country celebrating MLK day on Monday, other countries will do “their thing” on that day. Will redemption centres be used on Monday? Bruce does not think so as banks will be closed. But, does the 3 day weekend mean anything? Bruce does not think so.

Bruce says we are pushing a couple days after the MLK (Martin Luther King) Holiday, and does not think we are pushed to Feb 1st. Certain private placement groups and platforms start after Feb 1st. The general public may start Feb 1. We will exchange for 2 to 3 weeks at the redemption centers depending on where you live. Do not pay attention to waiting till Feb 2, Bruce thinks the 5 day rollout starts on Friday. Bruce says we are moving right through it. Does not know if notifications come over the weekend, but looks for a Tues to Wed start for us. Bruce can see the movement in that direction from info he has received and a lot has initiated from this morning at 3:47a.m. EST where it started with NO turning back. We have never been here before.
