(1) banks are trying to lure people in to exchange their Dinar and Dong with them by giving various incentives. Do not fall for it. You will receive higher rates for your monies exchange at an official Redemption Centre than you would at any bank. (2) You exchange your own currency. Do not give your currency to anyone else to exchange. No group leader. No one. You will get the higher rates by exchanging it yourself. (3) On the Dinar: You can get the much higher Contract Rate on the Dinar by just asking for it at an Exchange Centre. (4) If you hold Zim you can only redeem it at an official Redemption Centre. Banks cannot redeem the Zim. (5) Take all of your currency and Zim to exchange at the same time at a Redemption Centre.
