Heads up for those with landlines! Hang on to your landline – Once it’s gone you can never get it back. I’m sure they are harder to eavesdrop than mobiles. And I don’t think they send you mind controlling frequencies on a land line either, because it is analog. That’s my guess.

Now twice as Large – Holy smokes, this winter storm just went absolutely bonkers in the last 12 hours! What started as a moderate winter system has rapidly exploded in size and is now TWICE as large as meteorologists predicted just yesterday. The latest satellite imagery and model runs are showing this thing ballooning across the map at an alarming rate, with the snow shield expanding hundreds of miles in every direction. This rapid expansion means millions more people are now in the path of heavy snow, dangerous ice, and life-threatening cold that weren’t even in the forecast 24 hours ago.
The GFS, Euro, and NAM models all just dramatically increased their snowfall totals with some areas now looking at 12-18 inches MORE snow than previously expected. This explosive growth is being fuelled by a textbook bomb cyclone intensification, with the central pressure dropping like a rock and the storm tapping into massive moisture from the Gulf and Atlantic. Cities that thought they were safe are now scrambling to prepare as this monster storm’s footprint keeps growing
