3. Living continuously 14 yrs inside the US.

All POTUS were not required to be Nature Born Citizens bc prior to the ratification of the Constitution, everyone had been a subject of the King and became a citizen by the signing of Declaration of Independence. Everyone after the ratification of the Constitution had to be a Natural Born Citizen. Born on the soil to 2 citizen parents. This protection was in place to protect the Executive Branch from foreign influence.
