They were desperate to find her body and bribed some guards who told them that a food manufacturer with a large freezer was the location for many bodies. They were able to gain access to this food processing warehouse, where thousands of bodies, of mostly women and children are being kept frozen. These poor people found their daughter in this place after 16 hours searching. The reason given for why all these thousands of bodies are being kept frozen? So that when the US air strikes begin, they can begin pulling these bodies out of the freezer in dispersing them around the targeted areas to build the narrative that Trump is killing innocent civilians.
